Introduction
These Terms of Use regulate access to and use of the FXBITI mobile application and the services made available through it.
Agreement Overview
Using the FXBITI App means you agree to these terms.
By downloading, accessing or using the FXBITI App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the application.

Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be located in any jurisdiction where the services offered through the App are restricted or prohibited. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Registration and Account
To access the main features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and remain fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. FXBITI may suspend or terminate accounts created with false information or used improperly.

Services Offered
The App may provide access to trading services, including Forex, Cryptocurrencies and CFDs, as well as wallet management, deposits and withdrawals, and client account features. These services may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, at FXBITI’s sole discretion.

Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all users. You acknowledge that you may lose part or all of the funds invested, that past performance does not guarantee future results, and that all investment decisions are made at your own risk. FXBITI does not provide financial or investment advice.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
You may make deposits and withdrawals using the methods made available in the App. All transactions are subject to verification and processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Fees may apply. FXBITI may refuse, delay or review any transaction for security, fraud prevention or compliance reasons.

KYC and Compliance
In order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, FXBITI may require you to complete identity verification procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You agree to provide valid documentation and to cooperate with verification requests. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted access or account suspension.

Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, manipulate trading systems, use the App for money laundering or other illicit purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security, stability or integrity of the platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. While FXBITI implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures, no digital system can be considered completely secure.

Suspension and Termination of Account
FXBITI may suspend or terminate your account in cases involving violation of these Terms, failure to complete verification requirements, or suspicious activity. You may also request account deletion at any time, subject to any applicable legal, regulatory or operational obligations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FXBITI does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or complete availability. FXBITI shall not be liable for trading losses, financial damages, service interruptions, delays, failures caused by third parties, or any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the App.

Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services, including payment providers, identity verification systems and trading platforms. FXBITI is not responsible for the availability, operation, terms or privacy practices of these third-party services.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to the App, including its technology, design, branding, trademarks, content and related materials, remain the property of FXBITI or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, distribution or unauthorized use of any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

Changes to the Terms
FXBITI may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to FXBITI GLOBAL LTD. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.

Apple-Specific Terms
If you use the App on an iOS device, you acknowledge that Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content, does not provide maintenance, support or warranty for the App, and that any claims, complaints or issues relating to the App must be directed to FXBITI.
